2006 f350 diesel died while driving
Last night my 2006 f350 diesel died while driving home after an alignment. Had fuel but acted like it was starving. Lift pump is working, fuel in secondary filter. Got it to run on ether but like no fuel from secondary filter unhood to the motor. Please help.

You need gauges to get live data
Do you have low pressure oil and Fuel. You've confirmed fuel.
Unplug the icp and truck goes into default mode and bypasses the icp if it runs with icp unplugged, it confirms a bad icp or icp pigtail.
Search the tech forum and Rusty Axlerod has a thread that describes the various scan devices to get live data. Price rabges from $25 to $300.

Probably not the pump but standpipes and dummy plugs.
An air test would be in order to pinpoint and rule out the pump or other things but again more then likely it's the standpipes and dummy plugs as the pump on the 06 rarely goes bad unlike on early ones which arent as robust. Also would be a good idea to pull the ipr and check the screen. They can get damaged and cause no start.

How did you verify that you have no oil pressure?
You need an OBD monitor to help diagnose it. A code reader is not enough. If you're in a hurry, Scangauge II can be bought online and received same day for about $115+ tax at Advance Auto. If no hurry and you have an Android device, the Torque Pro app is the cheapest option. ($30...order Bluetooth adapter online for $25 and app for $5)

I think you're saying you have no low pressure oil pressure from the dash gauge? Please confirm.
If not, pull the oil filter cover, use a clean screwdriver to hold the black drain back valve down, and turn the engine over with the starter wire on the passenger fender with the key off. Do not turn it over with the key ( it could start). If the oil filter reservoir does not fill with oil, you have a low pressure oil pump problem or low pressure oil pressure regulator problem.
