Ecoboost losing power

Has it only happened when it is cold and wet outside? If so, your intercooler is getting water in it which causes your turbo to shut down draining virtually all of the power to your engine. This is a problem with the ecoboost, almost got me killed a few days ago when I need the power and got none.
To fix it, take it to the dealer, tell them the problem, they will install a deflector on the intercooler and re-program the PCM to eliminate that problem (hopefully)

Same just happened to a buddy on another forum. He saw low pressure readings between 3rd&4th gears while datalogging. He replaced the in-tank pump&filter module and problem seems to have been fixed after about 250 miles testing post-replacement. Before this he had the timing chain replaced but that did not solve the low power problem. The new fuel pump did. Maybe this is your issue too?
