And as if it wasn't high enough, now you have to buy a chemical for the exhaust system as well. (DEF)

For some of the trucks, yes you do.

Hoping all my parts from Diesel O Rings come in for this weekend. Decided to go ahead and replace thee whole bowl and fuel pump as well as new lines and clamps..
Going to be a challenge to stuff the front part of the cab into the garage. I think I can get in as far as the cab lights.

Was going to head to Florida for Christmas with it but the leak canceled that trip and work wants to work every possible day from now till next year except the 24th,25th and the 1st. 4 double time days available, 5 time and a half days and 7 paid holidays between now and Jan 5th. After 6 hours I'm off till next week. Maybe I can think about some new tires by then.

RRE is Riff Raff East. It's a meet in Eastern Tennessee every year towards the end of July. Clay sponsors the event where guys get together, primarily 7.3's, but anybody is surely welcome. They do some mods on their trucks, hook them up to a dyno, and drag race them too. Never been, but does look like a good time.

I'm usually in July and MT that time of year. Sounds like it would be cool to go check it out though. I take it , it is Riff Raff Diesel web site. Do they have a western branch of the co. as well?

We got a Jeep vendor like that , One owner lives in WA where the home store is located and another is in Atlanta. So they get involved in eastern meets and western meets.

Is it a diesel only thing?

I'd love to dyno my truck for curiosity's sake.

It's a diesel event. But I don't think they'd kick you out for not owning one! It's mostly FTE guys.

I've thought about taking mine over to Thoroughbred Diesel in Winchester (FTE Sponser) and see how much they would charge to Dyno test it.

That is if I ever get the cab back from paint.

Anybody have New-Year's plans?

Did you see where Netflix will help you lie to your kids? They have a countdown video members can play anytime they want. If you want your kids in bed after 8, just play the video. They'll think it's 2015, and you can put them to bed and then do whatever.

I may just play it for myself and then go to bed. We'll see how work goes tomorrow.
