oversize rod and main bearings?

Hi, I'm pulling apart a 360 for a 74 f250, and found some scary things in the oil pump screen, looks like pieces of a ring or gasket and some globs of blue RTV, looks like from a previous rear main repair.

anyway, all the crank journals are nice and shiny, and spec out to 2.7488 main, 2.4384 rod journalsiwith the micrometer. Going to just clean it up and leave it.

However, the rod and main bearings all have 020 stamped on them, and the crank has 020 stamped on it (looks like it was stamped over a previous 010).

Does this mean my rod bearings are 020 oversized? there is no scoring anywhere, but they were sloppy and I could move the rod bearings front and back with my fingers when all the pistons were still in, so figured they must have been work. there is some finish worn off a few.

any easy way to check without taking it to the shop? this is just a beater I'm doing for practice, around town, pick up a load of dirt or haul a mattress truck.

any 2cents appreciated
