aod leaking
The truck is a 1990 f150 with the aod trans. I'm getting ready to fire up my new engine but I noticed that overnight there is a puddle of trans fluid underneath the trans pan area. It looks like the pan itself is leaking because it appears to be seeping out around it but I'm not 100% sure. What else could be leaking in the pan area? I can see the gasket bulging out around the bolts.
I recently did a fluid and filter change, so I'd like to drop the pan and replace the gasket and filter but only add back what came out from pan removal. Any idea how much I should add?
