Front end torque specs?

Front end torque specs?
Hey guys/gals I am hoping that someone could help me figure out the correct torque specs for some front end components so I can get everything put together correctly after installing a lift on my 04 F350.
1. Pitman arm nut going to the steering box
2. castle nut at bottom of pitman arm attached to steering rod
3. leaf spring U-bolts
Any help would be great, Thanks!!

Give me a few and I can pull it up.
The 04 book is not as easy to make the PDFs from.
I'll edit this post if it's still the last one and stick it on the end.

EDIT : Here are the PDFs for the front end. You did not say 2X4 or 4X4 so I think I got
both sets for you to look at. Let me know if you need something I may of missed.
