Ok so I am rebuilding my 1988 F150 4x4 302 EFI Speed density.
I am going to be getting the Crane 444232 cam and lifter kit since my cam and lifters are shot.
I also have to rebuild my stock E7TE heads now my question is what valve spring do I need to get?
What about valve spring retainers?
Is their any kits at a decent price that I can get them?
The truck is going to be a daily driver and going for a pretty much stock build so I don't need high performance springs.

Ok thanks Paul. Sorry I have so many questions. I try to look things up and don't seem to find the exact answer. This is my first rebuild so it has been a little tough.
