congrats on finding one that will work. I have never ordered one. Living where I do there are so many truck dealers I have always found the one I want online.

So which dealer will get your warranty work, the dealer you purchased the truck from or the one that couldn't get Ford to deliver your truck?

Not true according to my sources (friend that owned a dealership)..
Once the ordered vehicle is in production, it is considered "sold" by the manufacturer and the owner (dealer) is on the hook to pay for it out of their line of credit...

Dealers have a pretty good local network and share information with each other. Screw one of them and you may have screwed yourself...

Mine took 12 weeks in 2010. That was a long wait. Cost me a $400 4x4 module and a new battery in the vehicle I had at the time waiting.

Wow.........looooong wait.....

Maintenance cost.........

That is one thing we did right........
Ordered the new truck 23 Sept 14.....Sold 2011 F-350 4th of October.

The 2011 plates expired 30 Sept....didn't renew....saved $407.
Didn't pay Truck insurance Oct and Nov......saved $160.
Didn't pay Diesel Fuel cost (used great mileage car).......saved $300.
No truck payment Oct & Nov......Saved (sorta, Going into new truck)..$1,300.

New Jolly Green .........Soon!
