Okay so I've been getting the itch to change things again, lol. I really like the looks of the 08+ nav radio, what mods would I have to do to my 06 to make it work? I have the basic 6 disc changer with am/fm nothing special, and where would I get one without spending a fortune?
i researched later nav in early trucks and it is a task most wouldnt want to do , but can be done. even though the radios look similar they made a lot of changes
go to 4dtech and look for there adapters (soon to be completed), they seem to be a leader in these swaps. can end up costing around $1500 to $2000.
i decidec to save the money and use my iPhone nav instead

That's not gonna happen. As stated, it costs too much to do the swap. Aftermarket is cheaper, and much better.
