I have been a little busy I guess. Got a lot of irons in the fire right now, just waiting to pull one out and strike. I'm trying to get things lined out to get started on my shop asap, so there will probably be no truck stuff get done this summer. Not even a clutch in the dually. There will be no sled pulling for me this year at RRE......if I make it.
This nonsense needs to quit! Clutch, sled, shop, or not, you should be there. It won't be the same without you.
Well, nothing like wanting to be there. Unfortunately, I can't. Unless I win the lottery, and have a few extra stacks to play with, I'll have a rebuilt engine, with no injectors or HPOP at best. Maybe next year!
Also, as a fair warning, I attended last year with a good friend of mine, Dusty, some of you met him. He had an awesome time, was a highlight of the summer. He is coming again, this year we are going to convoy and he is bringing his truck which is a restored 96 dodge cummins (it's actually REALLY nice). Blah Blah its a ford deal, he dosnt care, he has some Riffraff boots on his intercooler, just wants to come and have a great time like we did last year, but also have a truck to play with at the track and such. Plus we both want insurance that if once of us melts down on the track or something, either can tow each other home. Give him some playful jokes but don't chase him outa the campsite, he's as nice as they come.
Hi Roland! Good to see you around but that's bad news.
Thanks. I am rather disappointed myself. Even though I sold my F250, I was hoping to make a few passes with my new truck. I may just be flying in this year.
