Blend Door Actuator???
I have read that on some F150s that people hear the gear noise behind the passenger side dash, and then find out it is the blend door actuator behind the air bag....but this noise is definately coming from behind the gauge cluster on the drivers side. If I swap it to just defrost the noise goes away.
Is both the gear noise and the air temp both related or seperate issues?
Thanks

Likely the issue is as you suspect... related. I only recently discovered there are two blend doors in our AC systems. Supposedly the one behind the instrument cluster is a beast to change out.

Results of codes were: B2266 Left Side Blend Door Circuit Failure
I can find info on changing the passenger side one..... but so far nothing on the drivers side... Also, what all could Circuit Failure mean? Possible fuse???
