Probably should be KOEO: 21 24 31 21 24 31 11(spacer flash) CM:32 32
Code 21 (KOEO): ECT out of self test range 0.3 to 3.7 volts.
Code 24 (KOEO): ACT sensor out of self test range 0.3 to 3.7 volts.
Code 31 (KOEO): EVP circuit below minimum voltage of 0.24 volts.
Code 32(CM): EVP circuit has intermittently failed below minimum voltage of 0.24 volts.
Codes 21,24 can be caused if you did not warm up the truck before runing the tests or the ambient temperature is very cold.
The key codes to focus on are 31, 32. This indicates the EGR valve may have a collapsed diaphragm or spring.
Yes the truck had nt even been start prior to the test so that may of been the case for the first two, I can go out and check the egr again here in a minute to see if that is the case. My only question is how to check the spring, I've checked the diaphragm before but not the spring.

Checking the spring is a bit tough to do. You can compare it to a known good one I suppose. Since the EGR diaphragm spring is used to preload the EVP sensor it's tough to determine which is causing the low EVP output signal. It's a process of elimination. Replace one, if the code issue remains then it's the other.
Alright been busy as can be but I drove the truck with the egr vaccum line capped off and it seems to drive much better than it did before, I thought about just replacing the tube and egr and getting it done but I deiced that it would cost me less just to cap it off and take the fuel mileage loss to keep it running good.
