The P0611 means your FICM needs to be repaired, that is the one I would fix first. Go to www.FICMrepair.com and Ed will get you taken care of. The Cam and Crank codes can come from a lot of cranking attempting to start it. The Cylinder contribution codes may indicate those injectors need to be replaced.
No barley just cant see anymore. You and cheezit are right but untill my wife told me the codes I just could not see them.

OK....about 4 months ago my alt went on the way home...all electricals(gauges went south)..until I replaced alternator on side of road...had batteries check as soon as I replaced alt..both checked out great..
