Ghosts in my door locks??

My money would be on that driver's side switch. It's held by a spring in the "neutral" position, and that spring just might be tired and the switch is "falling" into the "lock" position. Does it feel mushy when you rock it? Different feel from the passenger side?
You could start by cleaning the contacts with electronics cleaner, but I'm betting it's just time to renew that switch.
Interesting, I haven't heard of that happening on one of these trucks before. It's a VERY common problem on another vehicle I own, Saturn S-Series. Their lock buttons are on the vertical surface of the door panel, rather than the armrest, so when the "neutral" spring tires out, the rocker falls into the "lock" position. I've actually walked past parked Saturns and heard the power lock going "thook...thook...thook....", thinking, poor SOB's gonna have a dead battery when he gets back.
