My key fob will unlock and lock the driver side door, but not the passenger side. And on the inside of the truck, the driverside switch will unlock the driver door but not the passenger side, but if your keep pushing the switch to lock the door it will eventually lock the passengers door. What may be the problem with the passenger side?
Does the passenger side switch lock and unlock the door? Is it harder than normal to actually puch the lock down? I would rip apart the door, see if there is something in the way, and give it a good lube. Not sure though.

What kind (and year) of vehicle is this on?
It maybe wise (as previously mentioned) to take the panel off and check movement of the door lock actuator... and debris in the way.
It may be time to pop that actuator out and put it in your hand while you or a helper (trustworthy ) presses the buttons on the lock switches. Or simply pop that door panel off and get a visual on what is really going on behind there. If you need help with the panels, let us know!
....We'll also get someone to help us move this into the '97-'03 F150 Forum.
We're having trouble with the actuators being too wek to pull down or push up the lock. There does not seem to be anything wrong inside they move freely. Actuators just seem weak. It is a 1999 F250LD. How does a guy remove the actuator? We have panel off of door.
