I replace my radiator with an all aluminum radiator. I drained all water pulled the block plugs drained rear heater about 6 gallons in all, then I started the flush, after 30 minutes I put 5 gallon bucket under the drain and the water was light brown another 30 minutes the same ! Now after 5 hours of the same process no change ! very light brown. I can't understand why it doesn't cleanup ??. Any suggestions. Thanks Bill

You're likely getting sediment deposits (ie rust) as all that's left inside. Iron blocks rust inside the passages even when you have antifreeze, it's just the nature of iron to rust.
There are "pulse" cleaning tools on the market that will help get more sediments out of the whole system. Remember also to flush the heater core.
A demo of one pulse system can be found on youtube...
You didn't mention using any of the flush treatments available. Those would help loosen deposits as well. The best time to flush a vehicle is when it has been run up to operating temps and then let cool somewhat.
I'd suggest refilling the whole system with water, and use a flush treatment per directions then drain the system and put coolant back in. You may never get a pure clean water from the system due to all the crevices in an engine, but if you flush the system on a regular basis per specs you'll end up having a cleaner system. The radiator, heater core and water pump will be better served by consistent maintenance.
Thanks Paul, The Video was very informative. I will get some flushing treatment tomorrow and drive the Ex around a few hours and see if it cleans up. I have Peak Final Charge to replace the old green ant-freeze. Thanks I will keep you posted ! Bill
