WTF

Battery went dead in my 2003 Ford Windstar sell, charged battery and now every light is on and the speedometer does not work. Theirs nothing wrong with any of the problems it's saying. How do I fix this without spending a small fortune? Help me again PLEASE

Try disconnecting the battery for about a minute. It may reset.

I have done that,but it didn't fix it.
