Ya, both of my 1966 F250 4x4 trucks are same type of mounts as his 1966 F350. One mount in front and two on the bellhousing "ears". These bellhousings are fairly tough to come by, but they are out there. One of my trucks is 300 and one is 352 so they used a similar front and rear mount for both engine types. No side mounts on the engines at all.
It is important to swap the cast iron front timing cover over to the new motor. Don't try to use an aluminum FE timing cover as it won't have the strength to also act as a motor mount. Probably wouldn't have the bolt holes to mount to, either.
C6ME casting would make me think you already have a 390 or if you are really lucky, a 410, or no luck change at all, a 360.
Ford intro'd the 410 in '66, as a Mercury. I would guess all or most 410s have a C6ME casting number. As would 390 and later 360s, as the bores are the same.
Measure your stroke. A wire down the plug hole at TDC and BDC will tell the tale. 3.5" = 352 or 360, 3.78 = 390.
