Fine, you want accusation gone and personal statements gone... how about this:

Stewart, you're mean and you act like you can push me and Krazee around just because you can keep a cool head. Krazee and I have been talking and we think it's time for some "changes" around here. Now if you don't want that bat to the knee you'll make both of us mods post haste and step down ASAP.
