I got confused when it did mine. I have a tread in here somewhere that has pics and spelled out pretty good ( I think) may be different since I have a 06. The title is " high idle help" Cant figure how to post the link on my tablet.
the wire colors are blue/white above the OBD port and behind the fuse box, mine looked like a grey/yellow color. Because we don't have the switchs like other model years, I bought a switch from Advanced auto. It has a blue LED on the switch so I could see it glow when it was on. Put the blue/white on one side and the grey/yellow on the other. I mounted the switch on the right side of the steering wheel so I didn't bump it with my knee. If you get the wrong wire under the fuse panel, it just won't work.
The ticket on the OBD bundle is find the tag that say's Customer Access circuits, blue/white is in that bundle. The other looked to be right behind the fuse box.
Took me about 30 minutes, works great!
There are 4 wires in each bundle, they are just kind of hanging there, nothing connected to the ends.
