I have a 04 f350 6.0 I scanned the truck said I had a low circuit on #8 I replaced it thinking it was the problem a day later running rough bucking real bad once it hit over drive I've read from different problems the FICM or wiring harness my FICM is 48volts asumming that's good with the key turned on n while runnining no change anyone have this issue need some help
Might check for wire chaffing in the harness. Wouldn't hurt to know what your fuel pressure is...normal is 60-65 psi measured at the test port on the secondary fuel filter housing. Anything below 50psi is dangerous; below 45 is fatal for the injectors. The fuel is also a lubricate for the moving parts of the fuel system.
Might check to see if there is anyone in the Ohio chapter that might be near you that could help out with diagnosis...specialty scanner/code readers.
A low circuit indicators either a broken wire or a bad connection. I would double check the injector plug and ficm plugs, #2 should be front drivers side.
