They're not off. And I pulled the sensor recently to make sure it wasn't clogged up.

How do I get the ICPV? Scangauge doesn't list that x-command.

Entered that command and cranked, but got nothing - 0.00 IPV.

What does that mean?

 

ICV ( Injector Control Voltage) same as ICPV,0 meaning no volts from connection engine needs .85 to start , check with volt meter or wiggle test to find power

 

this is my ICP pig tail see the white , this was shorting out making the truck surge stall out and with high low rpms Intermittent.

 

Dang, don't have a voltmeter and not sure how to use one if I did. Wiggled the ICP connection and never got any voltage to register with KOEO.

If that is critical, why will engines start with the ICP unplugged (mine doesn't)?

 

Can a blown fuse cause a loss of ICPV?

 

should be seeing 0.2 at KOEO just need .85 to start , any codes ? go back to PCM detail, I need to go to DR Appointment be back later I can try to pull up PCM and Fuse's

 

Yes, I saw those specs. Just trying to figure out what the fix is when you have no ICPV. Thx for helping, ttyl.
