Oh yea, charging your phone, being able to plug in your MP3 player.....

....what harm can few extra volts cause? Besides, brighter bulbs when you are driving at night is a great safety incentive. You do want other drivers to be able to see you don't you?..........

I still have air from 1950 in my tires. I'm thinking about letting it out, anyone want it? Any purists out there?

Was air cheaper back in the 50's than it is today? You may want to hang on to that!

OK abe, here is the question you have to answer.
You go to Truckstock and the Dark Siders and the Stockers get ready to rumble. Where are you going to stand?

Your Dad got the electric wiper option huh! This thread is starting to make sense now.

My Grandfather bought the truck on Dec 22nd, 1954. I am quite sure he bought it off the lot. It would have been a 54 left over by that date right? It is a Standard Cab model with a recirc heater and electric wipers, no dome light, no passenger side sunvisor, etc. Why electric and not vacuum wipers? Maybe someone ordered the truck that way and then backed out.....

Darksiders v Stockers rumble at Truckstock? what side do you think I would join?

Yea, last Buffalo beer was Simon Pure by the Wm Simon brewing company, I believe the building still stands on the east side of Buffalo, they closed up in 1972. But, in the 70's and 80's Dick Hammond's Gohr Distributors was the Buffalo wholesaler for Genesee and made it very popular there.
