Sometimes the headlights won't come on unless you move the steering wheel up & down.any ideas

 

Some vehicles had wiring harness that were too tight inside the column. It starts pulling on the harness and tries to unplug it. Some people get in there and use wire ties to hold the harness plug inside the column together.
