Wow, that is quite a procedure. Thankfully it seemed to have all worked out well and now you can be in that road to recovery. Many positive thoughts and well wishes to you and your family.

It's great to have you back! I've had 2 friends go through the same procedure recently- one was the smoker/drinker/eater of greasy food/and had one heart attack, the other was the healthy runner/gym rat/health nut. The first guy had a double and the second had a triple bypass. I have managed to NOT have to have one yet due to some changes I made and of course, drugs.
Make sure you take your coughing pillow where ever you go your chest will be sore for some time yet. Don't rush!

Glad everything worked out. Keep posting. I need the inspiration to continue working on my 46. I bet the best medicine will be to get back to Orcas. I visited about 2 years ago and the island is beautiful.
