Timing Computer
I was told that the computer that controls the timing on my 1994 Bronco, 302 is bad. It does not adjust the timing after the jumper is put back in. What is the name of this computer and or part number for it. Also wher can I find this part.

Its less likely to be the entire computer but rather the Ignition Control Module. The module is located on the driver's inner fender just behind the underhood fusebox (near the SPOUT connector). Its mounted in a rather large heat sink as high temps tend to kill it. Replacements are available from most parts houses. I personally avoid low-end electronics replacements. Ford will rape you for the part but keep an eye out for a manufacturer you have never heard of if you buy it from an aftermarket supplier.

The timing advance is controlled by the main engine computer: EEC, PCM, ECU; there are plenty of names & abbreviations, but yours is the EEC-IV style. It's about $250 new from Ford or as little as $170 reman from NAPA.
But before you go swapping ANY parts, get a paperclip and pull the codes. It only takes ~2 minutes and is free.
