So my plans to make a 4x4 selector didnt work out as well as I thought they would so i decided to just give in and buy a Shifster. I went on the site and purchased it but never got an invoice or a date when i could expect it. it charged my paypal account 10 days ago. I have emailed them via their website and called 4 times now, left messages and have not received any info back.

Does anyone know if they went out of business? or if this horrible customer service is normal?

Don't know, but their website is so slow it must be served off a TRS-80 over telegraph cables.
