Been keeping track of my truck since the beginning. It's due in on the 15th. It went from the 17th, to the 21st to the 16th and now the 15th. Checked it today and here's what comes up.
"The pilot had concluded and this website is no longer available. Please check with your dealer for status on your vehicle."
The good news is I checked the JCS portal and it now shows our dealer as the destination.
COTUS is not working....I was tracking mine and then suddenly it reads "The pilot had concluded and this website is no longer available. Please check with your dealer for status on your vehicle."
My F250 was supposed to be delivered to a North Texas dealer but was not....
I called the 1-800 number at Ford and asked to help me track and they directed me to the Ford COTUS site. I told them It was not working and asked if they could pull it up (In india) they got the same message...
Any other ideas? Why are we unable to track accurately in 2018 on a large asset like this?
Thanks for the link and help on this. I have never seen that site but unfortunately it did not work on the vehicle Im tracking and I attempted a few more VIN's and earned the same result:
"We are unable to find the VIN you entered. Either the VIN is invalid or no information is available. Please check with your dealer for status on your vehicle."
What am I doing wrong? It is not delivered to Dealership but In-transit last I heard from Dealer and when COTUS was working the day before last. I wonder why they took it down...Upcoming major delays?
