Im going to be in need of some new tires soon. Looking for a nice Offroad E rated tire that wont bankrupt me. Im looking at Nitto but Im interested in what the forum has to say. Size is 275/65/20. Let me know what you guys have and what kinda deals are out there. Thanks
Not speaking from experience, but most of the guys with heavy duty trucks down here run Toyo Open Country M/T's. From what I've been told, while they like the Nitto's, the Toyos are a little heavier tire and have a heavier sidewall (?)
I don't think either is a bad choice, I'm going to be doing some upgrades soon and I'll purchase the Toyo's, but the set after that may be Nitto's. I think both have a great product.
... Currently running Hankooks for the first time, so far so good. Got a year and close to 20K so far and they still look new. Snow traction is incredible with these.
I've searched through your previous posts where you mention Hankook but not found what version of Hankook load rated E tire you are very pleased with for snow traction. I'm researching tires and hope you would be able to share that? Thanks.
