gpr-109 installed got question

installed a gpr-109 today and truck starts, except when turn the key and power it up I get the click but it also buzzes for the duration of the cycle. is this normal for the gpr-109 or did I get a faulty one?

I never here anything from my gpr109 until it cycles off. I really have to listen for that.

Could you be hearing the vac pump priming up?

Do you have gpr led installed?

Solenoids are nothing more than Relays which are beefier. Buzzing or vibration indicates the magnetic field is not steady. This could be due to a loose wire, wire end, wire connector bolt, chafe, bad ground, or the solenoid itself.

Just give you're wiring a good look-see and make sure that ground is clean and not corroded or overly dirty.
