cleaning MAF sensor

I recently installed a K&N air filter and noticed there was some dust in intake tube. I wiped it off but I would also like to clean the MAF sensor. Is this it?

your target is directly in sight. i clean my maf with brake kleen spray; some use electronics part cleaner (make sure it is the kind that leaves no residue). personally, i would not touch the maf with a Q tip, or use carb spray or other kinds of cleaners.

Actually that looks like the IAT (Intake Air Temperature) sensor. The MAF is in the big black plastic housing that you undo to replace the air filter.
It would be the bottom arrow in the picture here (shown disassembled).
