I am wondering what the easiest way to determine what Rear Differential/Axle I have in my 1995 F-250 XLT 2-Wheel Drive 460/7.5, is it a posi, etc?
looks like this is what might be in it...
Look at the door jamb sticker on the b-pillar ( aka door jamb). There will be a code listed for the axle. FYI it's going to a full floating Sterling 10.25 with a 3.55 or 4.10.
Most likely your axle code is going to be a 35, 39, C5 or C9. 35 is a 4.10 non-LS. 39 is a 3.55 non-LS. C5 is a 4.10 Limited Slip.C9 is a 3.55 Limited Slip.
