When I ordered my 09 6.4L SRW F350, the only rear gear options were 3.55 or 3.73 (unless you got DRW). 3.73 got you 20" rims at an extra $2000 and the 3.55s came with the 18s. I chose to keep the $2000. Assuming nothing has been changed, the wheel size should tell you what you have. The only way to get more gear was with a F350 Dually (4.10 or 4.30).
I just pulled up my 09 towing guide and verified.
The 5.4 engine gave you the choice of 3.73 or 4.10.
The 6.8 engine gave you the choice of 4.10 or 4.30.
And based on the wheels in your avatar pic, you have the 20s and 3.73 gears.

Thank you Mystic. Thanks to this website ( Use your VIN number to get Ford Window Sticker ) I found out that you are correct, I do have 3.73 gears. Plus a couple other options that I didn't know about.
