E350 15 passenger Wont Start
Year 2006
Just got home from work turned the van off and had to come back out and go back to work an hour later
It cranked but didnt start so I waited a few seconds and tried to start it again and nothing
I have power inside the van (Lights, Radio, Windows, Dashboard)
when you turn the key nothing happens no clicking noise nothing
The Battery Light and the Check engine lights are on I Checked the battery and its fine even tried to jump start the van
and again nothing please help Im lost

You have an ignition or fuel delivery issue, both rooted in the electrical system. You'll need to begin troubleshooting first the fuel pump as those have been known to suddenly fail without much warning. If the van has been run consistently with less than 1/4 full tank its very possible and likely its the pump.
Get yourself an EVTM aka factory wiring diagrams for your year and model as they show each sub-system complete including fuses and relays that are included. In this case you'll have the fuel pump in the tank, several in-line connectors for the wiring harness, a fuse in the underhood box as well as a relay, same box.
Dashboard lights will light up when in the key on position, should extinguish when switching to start. If so that simply means all is well within that function.
