There is no actual seperate fan sensor, it is a feed back circuit from the clutch itself.
You either need to check the wireing or the plugin for problems or replace the clutch assembly.

Ok I'll try this when I get back to the truck. Where does the wiring run from? Or where is the clutch located

The fan blade is mounted to the clutch assembly. The wire harness runs in one of the stator supports.
One half the harness comes from the clutch itself and plugs into the engine side harness.

It kind of snaps into the support member. Sometimes it works out and the fan eats the harness.
