I need a screw

Opened my door today and the panel fell off. I realized I only had 1 screw in there because I loose them when I've
  • Installed the new mirrors
  • installed new door speakers
  • intealled more new door speakers
  • installed dynamat
  • etc.

Can someone tell me which screw is used for the doors since I think they are all the same? That way I can order a ton on amazon and have them delivered.

#8 x 3/4 perhaps?

Thanks!

Is it the one that goes in the handle of the door? If so I'll grab a handful when I go to the JY next if if you can't find them

I have good luck going to ford-parts.com and finding the right screw in the parts diagrams. It usually tells you the proper size so you can go down to the parts store and pick some up. The only thing that drives me crazy is they don't give you the full ford part number for stuff there. I only occasionally actually buy stuff there, but you can at least tell if the part is available and get general prices and/or screw sizes.

Ambien and the internet don't mix well - I don't know why I was so lazy as to post this last night. I just took a screw out of one of the rear doors which appear to be the same. I'll make the trip all the way to the hardware store (less than a mile away) and match this up.

Kind of like when the UPS man shows up with a box of parts and you truly have no idea whats in it, then you open it and you still have no idea what it is....then you go look at your internet history and it "hit's you"
