I broke another leaf on a Ford! Pot holes suck. I was wondering if anyone new where I can get really cheap leaf springs? I could use new front coils too. I have the light duty springs and my tires almost rub the bumper. I have a 92 F150.
Check your local phone book for a spring shop. Most deal with springs for all vehicles to include big trucks and 18 wheelers. Theses people know springs. They can get you just one replacement spring, stock replacement or stronger than stock. Front or rear. My Dad replaced a leaf spring on his 90 (3 F150's ago) and while I can't remember the cost, I do remember it being cheap.
I have some front springs off a 95 2wd if you are interested. I'm getting new rear leaf springs too but i won't be taking mine off for a couple months.
