Quick wheel question

Does anyone know what offset and backspace will work with a crown vic front suspension?

I'm looking at using a stock set of 2013 mustang wheels like these:

Seen mustang 16, 17, 18" wheels but not these or 19".
I know larger wheels will fit but it's the offset that mainly concerns me.
I'm stuffing a crown vic front end under it and probably an 8.8 in the rear.
Unless it's cheaper to keep my 9" with it drilled for 5x4.5.

Nobody that I've seen so far re-drills the 9" axles. Mainly because there's a hole in the axle flange to access the axle retainer bolts under it. This hole is in the way of re-drilling the 5th stud. And the 9" is so narrow compared to thew C/V front. Wheel offsets totally different.

If you want a 9-inch rear end with a 5x4.5" lug pattern, you'll need to locate an '80-'83 Ford F-100.

Aren't the 8.8 at 59" and our 9" at like 61"?
Also I said redrill but I ment axle shaft swap, was thinking of something else while typing.
Spoke to moroso and they can get me axles with the 5x4.5 that will fit my 9", at $370 pair.

</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE><!-- / user info --></TD></TR><TR><TD id=td_post_10916416 class=alt1><!-- message, attachments, sig --><!-- message -->from my research:
all Crown Vic rear ends from 1979 to 2002 are 62.8" wide.

that's 1.5" more than the stock 59-72 width, and .2" less than the 73-79 width.

so, you can just grab any one with disc brakes (and maybe a posi differential, from a police model).

Both of those or the above noted 80-83 L.D. F100 9". Depends on the width you want, which you can find, and your fabbing/welding skills. Use the search engine above and read up on some threads to see what is involved with each. Pick which avenue best fits YOU.

Read them and it seems most go 8.8 explorer, then the 9, then others.

The original question was about the wheels. Mainly I want to make sure it'll fit front and rear. Front with the CV IFS and then rear with either a 8.8 or our stock 9". But i need a rear that will match up with the width of the CV install, while running these wheels.

Check out this current thread. The wheels on that truck are Mustang wheels.

With the exception of I think the Roush and Super Snake, all the recent Mustangs use the same backspacing, so if the others fit you should be good to go.
