My truck is down and i ve been working at replacing the egr cooler and oil cooler. for days. i am not able to pay a shop and dont want to replace all these lines by cutting them i need help bad. im looking at the housing and know i could cut it between the oil filter and fuel but i really do not want to do that. i just. basically when i twist the nuts the lines twisting. any help would be great

Let it soak with PB Blaster...I couldn't move mine at first, but sprayed it every 30 minutes or so and was able to get it after a few hours.

 

thanks have been for a little while even when so far as to put a multi tool w/o blade on em hoping to vibrate em free.....way less vibration than i was expecting. im just gonna keep workin em thanks again

 

just sawzalled the narrowest space between the two filters. the fuel lines are very rigid so it wont be banging around in there. ideally i wouldnt of had to do this but i dont have time for that hold up. I covered everything over and blew off shavings.
