Alright I need help....
I am trying to change a fuel filter on the '150 and I cannot (nor can my dad) get the fuel lines off of the filter. I depressurized the fuel lines and all that jazz, even bought a special fuel line removal jingus from Advance Auto and those damn lines will not budge. The old man said he had the same problem when he tried doing this years ago and ended up bringing it to a mechanic friend of his to get those lines off. The Flareside is due for a new filter that is for sure, so I am requesting some kind of help...I mean the lines arent like rusted together shot (unlike everything else under the truck, uggh) and we yanked on those lines as hard as we could...the Clymers manual says nothing else execpt to remove the clips and then pull the lines off the filter....yeah theres gotta be something more, a little help?
Oh and one more question, what makes a '94 F-150 Sport sporty? This is a bit off the above topic but I went with this lady a while back to help her get hay and she claimed she had a similar truck to mine and she comes pulling up with this thing....an 300 I6 XL with goofy stickers on the side...is that all that makes those things a "sport"? Uggh this beater looked about 10 years older then the Flareside and well I love the 92-96s but I am sorry that truck is ugglyyy!

You need to push the lines on tighter to the fuel filter and press the fuel line tool in then( tool needs to fit very well around the fuel line) then twist and pull the lines off of the fuel filter. The locks of the lines only tighten as they are pulled apart and then the tool won't release the locks so don't forget to push in first then twist, then pull at the same time.
