there is anyway i can add a Trip Computer u know eddie bauer and limited have a trip computer tells how many miles per galon u can make tels u oil life and many options?

can i add one of those computers in my 95 explorer XLT? were can i buy one ?

This topic has been discussed a lot. If you want to spend about 20 hours studying, installing, and splicing wires, you should go for it. Otherwise, don't waste your time.

Yes, it's possible. It's been done before. You can get the stuff from a junk yard. It shouldn't cost ya a lot.

The Search Button - Trip Computer

I have read a couple of the threads about this, but I have had problems finding the HOW-TO for this project. I have a 98 XLT and I got the trip computer head from ebay yesterday.

I have no issue with wire splicing, but I would like to get the instructions on this project. Any help would be appreciated.
