It draws about 3/4 of an amp. Goes away when we pull every fuse and seems to be a combination of them that cause this? What are SSP fuses, there are 4 of them.
Don't know what a SSP fuse is. Do you know what the fuses are that make it go away? If it's a group, I suspect it might have something to do with the accessory delay relay. Find this relay and pull it, and see if the draw goes away. If it does, you might have to wait about 30 minutes before doing any testing, to make sure the accessory delay relay is off. This is the relay that lets you play the radio and roll the windows up and down after you turn the key off.
P.S. .75 amps is way to high in case you are wondering. It should be no larger than .075amps.
