Your truck has an aftermarket step bumper. Finding the correct lens will be a challenge.

The lens is hard to make out in this parts catalog picture. This is the type of license plate lamp that Ford installed on Styleside pickups without a rear bumper.

Lens shown as basic part number 13564 in pic, it might fit, might not.

C4AZ-13564-A .. License Lamp Lens / Obsolete ~ 1967/72 F100/350 Stylesides without a rear bumper.

GREEN SALES CO. in Cincinnati OH has 3 = 800-543-4959. Ask them to measure the lens and to take a pic of it, then email this info to you.

EDIT: This same lens also used on: 1964/76 Thunderbird / 1965/74 Mustang / 1970/76 Maverick/Comet / 1971/76 Pinto/Bobcat.

The lens does not appear to match the type of lamp that Ford installed on Styleside pickups without a rear bumper.
2X Bill. CODF13564A and C4AZ13564A both look close but I dunno if either of their dimensions are close enough to work. I have a sneaky suspicion Bill's been down this road before long ago and so they prolly won't work.

This are NPD's part numbers only. 13564 & 13568 are the Ford basic numbers for these parts, but...

Without the prefix and suffix for the Ford part numbers, the original applications are unknown.
