1966 Ford F100 - 6 Cyl - Styleside

I ordered a paint grade rear bumper from LMC and brackets. The only parts I cannot find are:
  1. Bumper has two holes for license plate lights. Whats the part # for this?
  2. Was there a dual plate light kit?
  3. I cant find the bolt kit to attach the bumper to the brackets. LMC is out of the kit. Is therer a bumper to bracket part #?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks. My current bumper has one plate light. I assume I can simply splice the to lights together.
