The 5.4 pulls great if you are not in a hurry. It is very comparable to the older 6.0 Chevy gas but it is no comparison to the Ford 6.0 diesel and the Ford 6.2 gas.
Is this engine comparable to the 6.0 chev gas engine? How does it compare to the new 6.2?
Similar, but it should have a little more low end grunt.

Absolutely. You can't even compare the two. The 5.4L makes around 360 ft-lbs of torque and your 6.0L makes 525. No comparison whatsoever, you would be disappointed if you expected a 5.4L to perform anywhere near like your 6.0L does with a trailer.
My F250 has the 5.4 and IMO its way better than the chevy 6.0 it makes the same horse and about 5 more pound ft of torque at a lower rpm range whats not to like lol..😃

Which year 6.0? A 2015 Chevrolet 6.0L engine makes 360 HP and 380 ft-lbs of torque which is more than ANY 5.4L engine was rated for on regular gasoline. That's 50 more horsepower than the newest 3V 5.4L!
