Towing question -- should I?
I have a 94 AWD shorty with 150,000km. Just got back from a 3500km trip pulling my 3800 lbs travel trailer. Two years ago I pulled it to Disney Land and back to Edmonton, 7500km. It pulls pretty hard, head winds are the worse. On flat ground with no wind the van cruises along at 95 to 100 km/hr no problem. I put mobile 1 synthetic tranny fluid this spring and it seens to pull better. Make sure your brakes are good. Here you need trailer brakes if the trailer weighs over 2000 lbs.
