I'd like to say no... But with mods anything will fit one way or another. You might have to change it a little. The only thing I've seen for '87 to '91 trucks is dual pods, not triples... I'd be inclined to think because the pillar in these trucks is shorter and steeper than the newer '92+.
PS: Of course if you're like me and have an '83 you have to go with the straight universal because a pillar pod for my truck doesn't exist as far as I'm aware. :/
Thanks lads. These trucks are few and far between down hear and I have nothing to compare it to. Not sure I want to spend the money(postage mainly) on something I have to modify. I have one that slips over the A pillar trim I might use. I was hoping this would be a nice neat alternative.
I really need to update those pictures with some more that I made when I modified a 4 pod pillar. The easy way is to do a straight cut along the bottom where it changes from round and straight to the flared out part. But, with some careful trimming you can make it fit darn near perfect around the vent.
If I remember, I'll try and look for those other pictures I had, and maybe even try and make up a template to post for how much you have to cut out. But it won't be until at least Tuesday as I'm gone all weekend.
Actually, come to think of it, I still have the original 3 pod pillar I had modified. I swapped it to a 4 pod that I modified the same way. Its painted gray, but could easily be repainted if your interior is a different color.
I couldn't justify buying a high-quality triple pod, so I bought a cheapo generic pod. I used my table saw to make a clean cut the long way, then used a heat gun to melt it to form the existing plastic. I need to find a pic.

A pic would be awesome. I have the cheapo one too. I never thought of the heat gun to bend it. I have a dremel I can use for the trimming.

My dremel would be too rough. I like a clean cut. The table saw made it look like a factory cut, and the heat gun formed the pod to the pillar perfectly.
My pod is black but my van's interior is brown. It would have been nice to match the colors, but that was out of the budget.
