I found these folks the other day. If you are looking for wheels this may be an option for you.

I considered the cost of purchasing used 16 x 5 wheels, shipping, and then media blasting. These seem to be a better value in my instance.
I wanted to keep the original hubcaps and mount a wider tire using the 16" wheel and go to a 6" wide rim.
