won't run

Replaced fuel pump ,fuel filter cap ,and rotor a new coil, plugs and wires , new carb it is spitting fuel out the carb and won't idle also I flushed the tank . The condenser lit up when I probed it with the meter. I am stuck I I hit the zero mark on the balancer and rotor is pointing to #1 I am stuck someone please help.....???

New condenser? There's a big batch of defectives out there. Substitute known good if that's the case. They really have to be tested at rated voltage, a multimeter can't do that.

Do you have spark? You could be 180 degrees out on your distributor. (Try swapping the wires across from each other 2 at a time for all 8 wires) Did you remove the distributor? Do you have 9-12 vdc on the positive side of the coil? Is your firing order correct?

Just a couple of things to check....

Since you said new carb is spitting fuel I am assuming you mean out of the bowl vent(s) in to the throat of the carb. This can fuel fowl the plugs. So it won't start. The float pivot or needle and seat are messed up.
But you didn't tell us what happened in the beginning. Let us know from the beginning so we can help diagnose the original problem.
