Wheel Issue

I have a 2001 Ford F350. For quite sometime now I have had an issue with my right front wheel. My truck tends to pull to the right. I have wear on the inside of the left tire from this but no wear on my problem side. When I turn the wheel sometimes wobbles. Not all the time. I'm not sure if it is a tie rod, sway bar, ball joint or something along those lines. Well so now it seems that when I want to turn to the right my power steering will not work. I have power steering when driving down the road just not on tight corners like in a parking lot.....IE: turning into a parking space. It turns left just fine. Any ideas on what it could be?

I'd start by getting the front wheels in the air and moving the wheels around checking the ball joints and tie rods for play. Clapped out linkage can bind in funny ways, especially towards full lock. With the truck on the ground and not running, have a helper move the steering wheel back and forth. Just within the range of easy motion, not cranking on it. Watch the steering linkage, it should move together without slop. Pulling can also be sticking caliper slide pins on the brakes. There may be more than one issue. I'd chase it down now before it leads to an accident.
